• Ordering by mistake
• Colour/brightness differences caused by screen settings

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A photo clearly showing the issue
• A photo of the packaging (if relevant)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement through our production partner.
3. Lost or Missing Parcels
We will open an investigation with the carrier if your parcel:
• Does not arrive within the expected timeframe
• Shows as delivered but has not been received
If the carrier confirms a loss, we will resend your order at no cost.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
